Returns for exchanges or refunds
To return a product to us, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made in-store within 7 calendar days from the date of your invoice.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You will need to supply a receipt or proof of purchase.

If these conditions aren’t met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to you based on your original method of payment.
